Coaching Philosophy
With over 30 years as a teacher and administrator, my coaching is grounded in education, mentorship, and building lifelong skills. At CiTY, I focus on creating a positive, disciplined, and player-centered environment where athletes grow not only in ability, but in character.

Passion for developing relationships with players and families, building trust, and mentoring young athletes into well-rounded individuals.

Leading teams to success on and off the field—instilling values such as accountability, teamwork, and perseverance.

Contributing to the U15 National Finalist run with Maryland ODP (2012–2013).

Helping develop the CiTY Special Needs Program as a founding Committee Member, which is the most meaningful and rewarding work I do as a coach. Creating inclusive opportunities for all players is a personal and professional priority.
