The Ellicott City Soccer Club offers a FREE program for children with physical, intellectual and emotional disabilities to learn soccer skills in a safe and supportive environment. Our goal is to enable young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the Ellicott City Soccer family. Our Special Needs Clinic is successful because of the support provided by CiTY families, friends and our soccer community. Adult and youth volunteers are needed to mentor players on-the-field, assist with check-in and help set up and break down field equipment.
